Up to two people are included in the base cost.  12,00 Euro per day is charged for each additional person.  There is no additional cost for 2 children under 8.
The price for the apartment includes  water, electricity, bed linens and towels.
Final cleaning: 37 Euros
Arrival and departure dates are flexible. Apartments must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. the day of departure.  They are available after 16.00.

Hotel policies

• To hold your reservation we request a down payment of 125,00 Euros.

• Min. stay of 3 days

• No adjustments in price are made for late arrivals and/or early departures

• Short stays of up to 4 days are charged an additional 15%
